These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Listening Room application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App solely for your personal, non‑commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Accounts & Syncing
The App does not require you to create a standalone account. However, certain core features rely on your Apple iCloud account to facilitate CloudKit syncing across your devices.
3. User Content
You are entirely responsible for the content you add, share, or broadcast within rooms (including, but not limited to, room names, queue items, and track suggestions). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to store and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the App's core functionality.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
Premium features may be made available via a one‑time in‑app purchase or subscription.
- All transactions are securely handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
- We do not manage billing or control refunds; Apple’s standard App Store policies apply to all purchases.
5. App Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any of its features) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
